ABOUT ME

I know how authority is built and how it gets quietly eroded when you start over-adapting to the room. I've been that person. Which is why I now work exclusively with professionals who are capable, credible and stuck just below their own potential: not because of skill gaps, but because of how they relate to their own authority.

I'm an ICF-certified coach (CPCC, ACC), a university lecturer, and a mother: someone who has learned, the hard way, that self-worth is a better foundation for success than self-sacrifice.
